Cheyenne Terry Upwards – suddenly at his Neyaashiinigming home on Friday February 9, 2024 at the age of 46 years. Proud father of Isabella Pedoniquott-Upwards, Preston Pedoniquott-Upwards, Stephen Pedoniquott-Upwards, and Amberlea Pedoniquott-Upwards, all of Neyaashiinigming. Devoted son of Terry Samms (wife Suzan Johnston), of Hepworth, and Holley Upwards, of Rocky Harbour, NL. Dear brother of Shelley Samms, and Miranda Humber. Forever missed by Stephanie Pedoniquott; her sibling, Jennifer Beaulieu; her parents, Barb and Stephen Pedoniquott; and uncle Kelvin Pedoniquott. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by his ‘Poppy’ Maxwell Upwards; Poppy Ned and Nanny Aggie Samms; and by Stephanie’s brother, Kevin Pedoniquott. Family invite friends to gather for visitation at the Maadookii Senior Centre on Wednesday February 14, 2024 from 10-2PM, where a Celebration of Life will be held at 2 o’clock. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
