Chuck Alford, of Wiarton, after a courageous struggle with cancer, at Brightshores Health System, Wiarton on Saturday February 28, 2026. Charles Lloyd Alford at the age of 78 years. Loving husband and best friend of Nancy Watson. Dear brother of Murray Martin (Linda), of Huntsville, and their children, Marni (Ian McTavish), and Jolene Martin. Sadly missed by Nancy’s sister, Lynne Watson, of Wiarton; and cousin, James Watson (Allison), of Annan, and their children, Fiona, Cynthia, and Julie. Predeceased by his mother, Florence Martin. Nancy wishes to thank the Lion’s Head Clinic, Dr. Vanderstelt, Dr. Thomas, the staff, and Rusty for the wonderful care given to Chuck. Private family arrangements made at the Thomas C. Whitcroft Peninsula Chapel, Wiarton (519) 534-5341. A celebration of life will be announced in the spring. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
