June 6, 2024 at 10:27 amDeepest heartfelt sympathy to all of Edna’s family at this sad time. Edna was always our best friend for many years. We first met her when she worked at the OPP office in Wiarton and we became immediate friends with her. We cherished all the visits, laughter and so many, many joyful stories. It was an honor to have known her for so many years and to call her our true friend. Rest in God’s Peace Edna. Home at last our friend.

June 6, 2024 at 5:57 pmI just heard of the passing of Edna and I am so sorry for your loss. She was a Purple Valley gem and one of the nicest people in this world. I’ll never forget how thoughtful she was – when I was 10 years old, I had surgery and when I came home, she delivered a gift and sweets to cheer me up during my recovery.
She brought that Purple Valley dance floor to life – a memory of her I will hold forever.
