The town was his local family and his presence ever known there. A silence and stillness lingers for a time until we readjust to the loss and accept the void left behind. Re-united now with his beloved Loreena, To all who lives he touched, my most sincere condolences. Find comfort in each other and strength in Freddie’s memory. With love, Sandi Hurd-Bromberg of the Broken Oar

Although we haven’t seen Fred in a while we will miss the many texts, pictures and facetime calls to share all the ” craic” in N Ireland and Canada. Following the death of his brother Phil last year and now Fred that’s another era gone, sad times.
On behalf of the Richardson family we would like to express our deepest sympathy and gratitude to Fred’s many good friends especially Keith who looked out for him over the years and was with him to the end.

One hell of great friend, which I believe stretches back more than 40 years. Left with great memories, whether it was in the Top Notch, out of the bay or the legion or the backwaters in Marathon, Florida. Going to miss this on of a kind character.
