Of Cape Croker, suddenly
at her home on Friday, April 18, 2014. Lucie Marie Therese Nadjiwon (nee
Regimbal) at the age of 87 years. Loving mother of Marshall (Shirley), Francis,
Sidney (Brenda), Wendall (Rhoda), Wilma, Guy (June), Norma (William), all
of Cape Croker, Asinka, of Port Elgin, Anita (Alice), of Owen Sound, and
Wanda (Ray), of Brandon, Manitoba. Proud grandmother of 31, great-grandmother
of 59, and great-great-grandmother of 2. Beloved sister of Lolly Selby,
of Aurora. Sadly missed by Wilmer Nadjiwon; sons-in-law Joel Johnson (Debbie),
and Austin Elliott; sisters-in-law Barbara, Barbara; and her many nieces
and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Emile and Oliva; daughter Colleen
Johnson (1997); 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 6 brothers; and 4 sisters.
Family invite you to join them for visitation at the Cape Croker Community
Centre on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated
at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Cape Croker on Tuesday April 22, 2014
at 11 o’clock. Interment in Little Port Elgin Cemetery, Neyaashiinigmiing.
