Arnold Turk December 24, 2024

Turk, Arnold
July 25, 1950 – December 24, 2024
Passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday December 24, 2024 in his 75th year. Devoted husband to Roseleen of 54 years. Arnold was the son of Fred and Evelyn Turk, and step-mother Margaret. Predeceased by his brothers, Alton, Winston and Dixon; and sister Fredericka. Sadly missed by his brother, Wallace (Helen); and sister-in-law, Kathleen. He is fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, including devoted niece Marcia (Amin). Arnold was an avid fisherman and hunter, enjoying both for many years, but his greatest passion was golf, having played many courses all over North America and the number one course at St. Andrews in Scotland with his dear friend Andy. He was a proud Free Mason, and member of Cedar Lodge #396 Wiarton. Arnold owned and operated Brubacher Kitchens for many years until his retirement. A Celebration of Life will occur from the Thomas C. Whitcroft Peninsula Chapel, 272 Berford St., Wiarton (519) 534-5341 on Monday April 14, 2025 at 2 o’clock, with visitation from 1-2 PM. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Salvation Army – Wiarton would be appreciated. Condolences may be expressed online at www.whitcroftfuneralhome.com

A man who lived a very full life and did so many things that others will never have a chance to experience. His wisdom and knowledge was so extensive that there wouldn’t be enough time to absorb it all. I am happy for my time with Arnie and he will be sorely missed.
