Christena “Chris” Fenn

Christena Elizabeth Fenn (nee Lougheed), died peacefully at Golden Dawn Senior Citizen Home, Lions Head at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband, James “Jim” Fenn (2019). Dear mother of Barb (Paul Lavigne), and Brenda (Gord Walden), both of Oliphant, and Sandy Fenn (Dan Caron), of Blyth. Cherished grandmother of Nicole (Paul), Jacki (Curt), and Andrew (JaeWon) and Brittany (deceased 2012) and great-grandmother of Sydney, Jackson, and Alice. Survived by her sister-in-law, Helene Fenn, of Ilderton. During her 73 year marriage, Chris was employed by both Bell Canada and TD Canada Trust. Chris enjoyed family time at the cottage in Oliphant and in retirement, winters in Florida.
Family wish to extend their gratitude to the staff of Golden Dawn, and to Dr. Matheson for the wonderful care given to Chris and her family. Cremation has taken place.
Visitation will be held at the Thomas C. Whitcroft Peninsula Chapel, Wiarton on Sunday July 26, 2026 from 1-3 PM, with a Time of Sharing at 2 o’clock. Interment in Balsam Grove cemetery to follow.
Donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Canada, or to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Condolences may be expressed online at www.whitcroftfuneralhome.com
