Laurie Burt and Family says
July 30, 2026 at 12:56 pmMy deepest sympathy to Jim, Carol and Family. Dorothy will be deeply missed but never forgotten. She was a wonderful volunteer at the hospital as she was a familiar face that local patients and staff knew. And for lots of patients that didn’t have family close by, she would have a little visit with them and get them a refreshment and cookie. Everyone loved ❤️ Dorothy. She will never be forgotten.

July 31, 2026 at 9:56 amMy condolence to JIM, CAROLE & families.
I was saddened to hear about DOROTHY’s passing. She has been a figure in my families life as long as I can remember. First thought was of Dorothy & Reg took me when I was about 6 out behind Caframo on the open ice, tied my skates on & we played hockey & skated on the bare ice.
Dorthy was a forever friend of my MOM & I can say her best friend.
In later years they even spent more time together through the church, card group & just visiting.
Dorothy was a very active lady & walked miles around Wiarton.
Sad to to loose a MOM & GRANDMA but you will always remember those great years & memories together.
