Frieda Solomon – of Wiarton, and previously of Saugeen First Nation #29, peacefully at Gateway Haven Long Term Care, Wiarton, on Sunday July 14, 2024 at the age of 65 years. Sadly missed by her nephew, Bradley Solomon, of Saugeen First Nation; and by her many friends at Gateway Haven. Predeceased by her parents, Orville and Bessie Solomon; and her sister, Julia Solomon. Frieda was a gifted native artist who had a deep love of music. Family wish to thank Dr. John VanDorp and the staff of Gateway Haven for the wonderful care given to Frieda. A service to celebrate Frieda’s life will be conducted the chapel of Gateway Haven, 671 Frank St., Wiarton on Wednesday August 7, 2024 at 2 o’clock, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Thomas C. Whitcroft Funeral Home & Chapel, Sauble Beach (519) 422-0041. Condolences may be expressed online at www.whitcroftfuneralhome.com

A service to celebrate Frieda’s life will be conducted the chapel of Gateway Haven, 671 Frank St., Wiarton on Wednesday August 7, 2024 at 2 o’clock, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Cremation has taken place.
