1949 – 2023
Of Wiarton, with his family by his side, at RVH in Barrie on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023 at the age of 74 years. Loving husband of Angelina for 54 years. Cherished father of Nicole (Chris) of Wiarton, Jason (Nicki) of Wiarton and Steven (Sophie) of Lafontaine. Dear Grandpa/Pépère of Dylan (Rachel), Kyle, Tyler, Noah, Adèle, Olivia and Julia. Sadly missed by 2 brothers (Reid and Paul); 3 sisters (Judy, Dawn and Nancy); 2 sisters-in-law (Hélène and Jeanne); 5 brothers-in-law (Reggie, Joe, August, Kelo and Sylvio); and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Audrey and Joseph; Angelina’s parents, Ned and Marie-Jeanne Thibodeau; 2 brothers (Terry and Randy); 1 sister (Sally); 4 brothers-in law (Leon, Alvida, Allard and Aldéric); and his faithful furry companion “Bubba”. Cremation will take place. Private arrangements entrusted to the Thomas C. Whitcroft Funeral Home & Chapel, Sauble Beach (519) 422-0041.
