McFarlane, Shirley – of Lion’s Head, and formerly of Tobermory, peacefully at Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion’s Head on Monday August 7, 2023. Shirley Elizabeth McFarlane (nee Craigie) at the age of 87 years. Wife of the late Lorance McFarlane. Partner and long-time friend of the late Percy Dean. Sadly missed by family and friends in Tobermory and at Golden Dawn. Shirley was the owner of Craigie’s Restaurant in Tobermory. Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Pearl. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Golden Dawn for the wonderful care given to Shirley.
