Yvonne Elliott of Neyaashiinigmiing, suddenly at Brightshores Health System Wiarton on Tuesday September 3, 2024. Yvonne Terry Elliott (nee Hill) at the age of 69 years. Loving mother of Shawn Elliott and Levi Elliott, both of Neyaashiinigmiing, and Danielle Elliott (partner Nick Earle), of Welland. Cherished grandmother of Harley, Vincent, Trinity, Nathaniel, Isiah, Arrianna, Jonah, Sylis, Vickie, Aldain, Dylon, and Darious; and great-grandmother of 7. Sister of Randel Hill (Pam), of Ohsweken, Daryl Hill, Renee Hill, Rodney Hill (Rita), and Vickie Hill, all of St. Catharines; and sister-in-law of Elaine Jones, Waylynn Elliott, and Shirley Jones, all of Neyaashiinigmiing. Predeceased by her parents, Frank and Shirley; husband Lyonel (2021); Lyonel’s parents, Jonah and Georgina; infant sister, Donna Hill; daughter-in-law, Kim Hannigan; and brothers-in-law, Austin, Clark, and Quinto. Sadly missed by Teena Johathan; and by her many nieces and nephews. Family wish to thank the First Responders, the doctors and nursing staff of the Wiarton hospital, and their family and friends for rallying around them during this difficult time. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday September 12, 2024 from 12-4 PM at the Cape Croker Community Centre, Neyaashiinigmiing. Cremation to follow. Arrangements entrusted to the Thomas C.
